John C Merlino

John C. Merlino is a strong and committed legal voice for injured construction workers. A senior attorney, Mr. Merlino was born and raised in Brooklyn to immigrant parents. He learned early on the importance of educating clients about their rights and being a strong advocate with compassion and heart. Along with his mentor, William Schwitzer, Mr. Merlino is recognized as one of the most respected construction accident litigators in New York State.

He is an attorney with extensive experience representing injured workers, both in their Workers’ Compensation claims and in lawsuits against third parties. He truly understands the concerns and needs of our clients and fights for them like family.
